Rebecca Gurney – Probate Executive

Rebecca Gurney is an experienced probate executive. Her extensive working knowledge of probate and estate administration is gained from many years supporting private client lawyers in various law firms.

Rebecca assists with all aspects of probate applications and estate administration, including communicating with third parties and government organisations, preparing documentation, drafting estate accounts and overseeing the day-to-day management of client files. She also undertakes beneficiary tracing work for intestacy matters.

She holds a CILEX Level 3 Certificate in Private Client Practice and a Master of Arts in Literature, as well as being a professional member of the Chartered Institute of Editing and Proofreading. Her editorial background informs her approach to the estate administration process – prioritising attention to detail, an organised approach and clear communication.
