Work With ProTrust Consulting

ProTrust Consulting is a forward-thinking firm with a flexible approach to working arrangements. Home working is a real part of the flexibility we offer.

We are expanding our projects and are actively looking for the right people to join us.  When we receive an application, we look first and foremost at personality and the approach to work and to other people.  Most of the working roles we offer do not require like-for-like role experience.  We recognise that to expect loyalty and support from our staff requires first our loyalty and support to them.

Our client work is for members of the public, being families and individuals.  They impart their trust and confidence in us and we learn a great deal about them as part of working with them.  It is part of our mission to build and maintain our working relationships with our clients for the long term rather than just for one transaction. Therefore, it is important that throughout our firm we treasure our valuable client relationships. On the same basis we value our internal working relationships and wish for you to have a balanced lifestyle. We value flexibility of working arrangements. We value each other.

Current roles we have to offer:

Trainee Advisor (Full time or Part Time)

The role may suit someone who is fresh from university or from an existing working environment and who is keen to embark in a career in professional services.  Initially a trainee role, with a view to then becoming a client advisor in Estate Planning and Trust Administration, the right candidate shall have a desire to make a positive impact in these areas.  There is no requirement for you to have an existing background within legal, financial or accountancy sectors as full training will be provided.  The right person will want to work with members of the public (our clients) whilst having the capacity to learn and support the primary advisors in their work. This is primarily a role within our Estate Planning department but there are aspects of training within trust management and the administration of estates. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills and be hard working and trustworthy. Academically, there is no specific requirement to be of university degree standard but this will be of assistance.

Advisor Role (Full time or Part Time)

If you are already an experienced estate planning advisor or solicitor/legal executive please check us out and meet with us. We are always looking for experienced advisors and particularly those who may have a particular passion or interest in the field of Trusts. Of particular interest to us are those advisors who are good communicators with the lay person and who have skills and patience to explain complex principles in straightforward terms. Our ideal people are those with excellent written and oral communication skills and who are hard working and organised.

Secretarial Support (Full time or Part Time)

This role is directly linked to undertaking work on our client case matters. It is particularly suitable for an experienced legal secretary or for someone looking for a new area of work to be involved with. The role will be varied and you will be provided all the necessary guidance and support.
